Bridal Consultant Needed

Bustle is seeking a fashion-loving, organized, and highly motivated consultant to ensure seamless operation of day to day store procedures, and continue the high level of customer service we provide. 

An ideal consultant would be able to work independently with limited or no supervision, have a solid understanding of computer skills, inventory, and embrace phone etiquette. This role demands strong communication skills, both verbal and written. This individual must enjoy interacting with new and existing customers to grow store sales. We have a professional, but fun environment that is focused on customer service.

Qualifications: 

·         Ability to multi-task, self-manage, prioritize

·         Previous retail experience a plus

·         High school diploma is required

·         Must be reliable

·         Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

·         Demonstrates accuracy, organization and thoroughness

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds

Additional qualifications sought: 

·         Great fashion sense and style

·         Retail sales experience is a plus

·         Fabulous communication skills

·         High energy level

·         An eye for detail

·         You must be a people person with a great attitude; we are all about customer service so a positive disposition is key! This means you must be able to be friendly and smile while multi-tasking and staying on schedule.
